Reports To: VP Sales and Marketing

Summary/Objective:

Trimark Properties seeks a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing company. We are looking for a go-getter with a passion for digital marketing and a high attention to detail to help increase the visibility and profitability of our companies. You’ll join Trimark’s marketing team which serves as an in-house marketing agency working in multiple industries and with multiple brands. You’ll work on developing and implementing the marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C campaigns, implementing email campaigns, social media marketing, digital ad placement, signage, content creation, website marketing, search engine optimization, and much more. Work with an outstanding, friendly team including VP of Sales and Marketing, other Digital Marketers, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Content Creators, and Social Media support members. No travel required.

Essential Functions:

  • Approaches marketing as a science: works to develop (and implement) strategies to increase sales and profitability for all the companies that Trimark owns and manages; tests hypothesis and develops systems to scale through successful campaigns
  • Measures and reports performance of digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Analyzes campaigns and adjusts the strategy based on current analysis.
  • Creates and publishes high-quality digital ads and content for use across multiple channels: YouTube, company websites, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, Snapchat, Email Marketing Tools like Mailchimp, and occasionally for print production (brochure, signage, etc.).
  • Plans and executes all web marketing and SEO/SEM. Updates pricing, availability, and content on all Trimark-owned websites. Creates landing pages and optimizes user experience.
  • Maintains content for all Trimark-owned websites. Ensures that all pricing, availability, photo galleries, virtual tours, videos, and property descriptions are updated as needed. Tests website for functionality, tracking, quality assurance; ensures that all content is relevant and performing efficiently.
  • Implements direct email marketing.
  • Develops a high-quality portfolio of still images and videos.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points; optimizes user funnels.
  • Identifies target audiences and the best ways to reach them
  • Identifies trends and insights; optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

  • Architecture Firms- contribute to and implement overall marketing strategy, coordinate strategic marketing efforts with management, and execute campaigns based on data-driven results
  • Restaurants - support the direct marketing and social media efforts of several popular local restaurants
  • Food Parks - coordinate the marketing efforts of our Gainesville’s newest food park, including event space
  • High-End Landscaping/Hardscaping - with services ranging from hardscaping to urban space, support the marketing for one of Gainesville's premier landscaping companies

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design, public relations, journalism or related field.
  • Strongly prefer candidates with 2-5 years of previous Digital Marketing experience including ad buying and target marketing.
  • Must be a positive, passionate, hands-on marketer with a high attention to detail who thrives in a busy environment.
  • Experience in Adobe Suite a strong plus; experience in Canva or other easy online design tools a must. Must be capable of designing and writing basic ads (and working with the Graphic Designer on more complex ad designs).
  • Strong plus: content creation skills in at least one of the following areas: graphic design, vlog-style video shooting and editing, digital ad design, article writing, and/or photography for business.
  • A marketer with content creation skills and a passion for creating results will excel in this role.
