:I've enjoyed living in this apartment complex for two years now because I love the safe location and how convenient it is for me to walk to my sorority house for meals and meetings since its literally walking distance to sorority row. The rooms and living areas are the good size (I've been able to fit all of my furniture and clothes from home here without a problem). I love how we have an attached balcony with swing because my roommates and I like to study or eat dinner outside sometimes. The maintenance staff is always timely and friendly. I like the area a lot. It's very close and convenient to all my classes. I can walk everywhere and not have to deal with Gainesville parking. And I really like the porch swings. Rating: 5 |
