In order to best serve our residents, Trimark Properties developed one of the most sublease-friendly programs in town. Subleasing is an option for many students who participate in internships, study abroad programs, or other activities which require a shorter than full year lease. We'll even advertise your sublease on our website.

For your convenience, Trimark Properties provides careful and specialized roommate matching for the Ivy House and Windsor Hall. For more details about the professional roommate matching process, please talk to your leasing consultant on your tour. The roommate matching process is usually completed during July, when the pool of applicants is the largest. You will be notified of your roommates' names and phone numbers prior to the start of your lease.
