About the Program
Trimark Properties is a leading real estate company with headquarters in Gainesville, Florida. Trimark owns and manages 22 apartment complexes, 2 private dorms and numerous historic houses, all located within walking distance of UF classes.
Trimark Properties is seeking confident, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to join our marketing team and assist in the implementation of the 2012-2013 Strategic Marketing Plan. Trimark Properties owns and manages 23 apartment complexes, 2 luxury dorms and a series of award-winning historic houses - all walking distance to UF classes. Brand Ambassadors will assist with public relations, social media, digital marketing and event coordination.
With a small time commitment, Brand Ambassadors can gain marketing experience and build a stronger resume. Candidates should be marketing enthusiasts, familiar with social media (including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) with strong communication skills. Previous marketing experience is a plus but not required.
Brand Embassadors will:
- Build brand presence and engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
- Communicate brand message through social media
- Actively build followers and fan-base within social media channels
- Increase brand awareness through Grassroots ("word-of-mouth") Marketing
- Help coordinate bi-annual events in the Gainesville area
Applicants Should Possess the Following:
- Be enthusiastic about marketing
- Be self-motivated and confident
- Have experience using social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc)
- Be available 2-4 hours per month (hours are flexible)
- Familiarity with Trimark apartments and houses is a PLUS (live with us now, have friends that live in a Trimark community, lived with us in the past, etc)
Commitment & Compensation:
The Brand Ambassador Program is a great way to gain experience for your resume. With just 2-4 hours per month, you can assist in the development of a marketing campaign. This is a 4-6 month, unpaid internship.
