ROOMMATE MATCHING FOR UF STUDENTS! The luxury Single Apartment-Style rooms at Camden Court are ideal for incoming and current freshmen who want more space and privacy than they would receive in a traditional single or double dorm room, while still being in a social environment with other students and living walking distance from University of Florida classes, libraries, dining halls, and Sorority Row. The Single Apartment-Style rooms are significantly larger than traditional, on-campus single rooms at dorms such as Hume Hall, Infinity Hall, Springs, and Lakeside. We will use our professional roommate matching system to match you with three other UF students.
At Camden Court, students will enjoy their own spacious, furnished bedrooms which include central air conditioning, a private large closet, and plush carpeting. One student will enjoy his/her own luxury bathroom, while the other two will share a luxury bathroom. Bathrooms include a sink, toilet, and full-size bathtub/shower with porcelain tile-surround.
The three single rooms share an attached furnished living room (complete with couch, plush microfiber chair, wood barstools, and coffee table and end table), as well as beautiful bay windows for lots of natural light. In addition, a bedroom furniture package is included in the monthly rent complete with a captain's bed with storage drawers and a desk/chair combo. All rooms also share a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, built-in wine rack and elevated breakfast bar. The kitchen comes equipped with a full appliance package, including a refigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher. The suite also includes a washer/dryer and utility & Ethernet packages — all just steps from UF Sorority Row and University of Florida classrooms, libraries, dining halls, and more!
Current and incoming freshmen are eligible to reserve a single dorm suite in the apartment-style floorplan at Camden Court, and placement is guaranteed when you sign up.

Each Single Dorm Room comes fully furnished complete with a captain's bed with storage drawers and desk/chair set. Students in the Single at Stratford Court share a Luxury private bathroom. They also share an attached furnished living room fully equipped-kitchen with full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave with with two other students residing in the Single w/Private Bath Dorm Rooms. Utility package and Ethernet included in rent.
The Single Apartment-Style Dorms at Camden Court is the most private dorm option for incoming female freshman. Each Single Dorm Room comes fully furnished complete with a captain's bed with storage drawers and desk/chair set. Choose from Private Bath Single Rooms or Joint Bath Single Rooms. You'll share an attached furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave with two other students residing in this apartment-style dorms, similar to Lakeside on campus (but newer, nicer, more spacious, and closer to the part of campus where most UF Freshmen and Sophomores take classes). Ethernet and up to $50 per resident per month in utilities is also included in rent.
