See why so many students choose Ivy House over traditional University of Florida dorms like Beaty Hall, Infinity Hall, Lakeside and Hume Hall. Incoming University of Florida freshmen can watch the residence hall video tour and see the inside of dorm buildings and dorm rooms, private bathrooms, different room layouts options and get a feel for what it would be like to live in a luxury residence hall. Surprisingly, the suites are less expensive than traditional dorms, even though they are bigger in size and offer better amenities.
Closer to University of Florida classes than many traditional University of Florida dorms: Ivy House Luxury Residence Hall is steps from your classes, behind Norman Hall. That makes it steps from Sorority Row, classes, libraries, the football stadium and the main student hangouts. In fact, Luxury Residence Halls are located closer to many University of Florida classrooms than many of traditional the on-campus dorms and University of Florida off-campus housing.
The Ivy House is the only all-female dorm for University of Florida Students. It's an obvious choice for students planning on rushing, since its the closest residence hall to University of Florida Sorority Row. The Ivy House offers the option of attached or shared bathrooms, with most rooms sharing a bathroom with neighboring rooms. Single, Double, and Triple dorm rooms are offered.
