Private Bath Single spaces at Windsor Hall are ideal for students who want to live alone, while still being in a social UF environment. Private Bath Single rooms are significantly larger than traditional single and double rooms. Private Bath Single floorplans at Windsor Hall range from 215 to 275+ square feet, depending on floorplan and room assigned. These floorplans are over 2.5x the size of traditional single rooms!
At Windsor Hall, each Private Bath Single room comes equipped with a closet, a bed set, a desk set, windows with blinds, and a pre-installed ceiling fan. All rooms include central air conditioning and plush carpeting (limited wood floor upgrades available).
Attached private bathroom includes a pedestal sink, a toilet, and a full-size bathtub/shower. The attached kitchenette features a sink with upper and lower cabinets, a fridge with freezer, and a microwave.

Luxury residence halls offer guaranteed placement into Single Suites with signed housing agreement-- but you must sign up before all of the rooms fill. Single Suites fill very early for Fall move-in. Reservations should be made by mid-February.

Reservation Process
- Rooms are filling quickly for Summer B 2012 and Fall 2012 move-in.
- Most students choose to reserve via email. This is a very easy process which can secure a room for Fall or Summer B. To reserve via email, click here and enter your information. Reservation paperwork will be emailed to you with instructions (remember: your room is not reserved until we receive the completed paperwork. Several room styles are already full, and the remaining rooms are filling quickly).
- Not sure that Windsor Hall is right for you? Tour and compare both Windsor Hall and the traditional UF residence halls. Once you see the difference in person, you’re sure to choose Windsor Hall. Click here to schedule a tour in person. Tours are available Monday – Saturday, by appointment. You can reserve your room after your tour.
