Freelance/Part-Time Videographer & Editor

Reports To: VP Sales and Marketing

Summary/Objective:

Are you a student looking for a flexible part-time job to build up your resume during the semester? Trimark Properties is seeking a Freelance or Part-time Videographer & Editor to join our company. We are looking for a go-getter with strong video production and editing skills to help increase the quality of our video content. You’ll work on content creation and video production for over 30 different brands, ranging from restaurants and food parks to apartment complexes and office buildings. The right candidate has a goal-oriented mindset, experience producing and editing high-quality videos, and knowledge of Canon and Nikon camera equipment. You’ll pitch ideas, execute those visions, and work with an outstanding team. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

Essential Functions:

• Creates and publishes high quality video content across multiple channels: Twitter, Instagram, company websites, Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs, Snapchat, and more.
• Captures engaging video content using iPhone and Nikon/Canon camera equipment
• Plans and executes video shoots marketing initiatives
• Edits compelling video using Adobe Creative Suite
• Plans and executes video shoots marketing initiatives
• Contributes to company’s overall strategic marketing plans with creative video ideas

• Student Housing – including luxury apartments, dorms and historic houses
• Commercial Real Estate - including office, restaurant, lab, and retail space
• Architecture Firms- contribute to and implement overall marketing strategy, coordinate strategic marketing efforts with management, and execute campaigns based on data-driven results
• Restaurants - support the direct marketing and social media efforts of several popular local restaurants
• Food Parks - coordinate the marketing efforts of our Gainesville’s newest food park, including event space
• High-End Landscaping/Hardscaping - with services ranging from hardscaping to urban space, support the marketing for one of Gainesville's premier landscaping companies

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Able to demonstrate proficient knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience in producing and capturing high-quality video content
• Understanding of Canon and Nikon video equipment
