Closer to UF classes than many traditional dorms: Windsor Hall is located just 2 blocks from the University of Florida campus, behind Norman Hall. That makes it steps from your UF classes, libraries, the football stadium and the main student hangouts. In fact, Windsor Hall is located closer to many UF classrooms than many of the on-site dorms and most other housing options in Gainesville.

Windsor Hall offers three main styles of suites:

Double Suites with attached bathroom & kitchenette: For those who want a more social alternative: the Windsor Hall Double Suites all include an attached luxury bathroom and attached kitchenette. Two sizes available. Each Double Suite includes two desk sets, two captain's beds with built-in drawer set, fully equipped kitchenette and luxury bathroom.

Single Suites with shared attached bathrooms & kitchenettes: Two Single Suites share an attached kitchenette and luxury bathroom in between them, with key-lock doors to each room to ensure privacy. As with the other floorplans at Windsor, each Single Suite with shared bathroom and kitchenette includes a full furniture package with captain's bed, desk set, and oversized private closet.

Single Suites with private attached bathroom & kitchenette: Available in both the co-ed and female-only buildings, Windsor Hall also offers Single Suites with a private attached bathroom and kitchenette. As with our other floorplans, the suite is fully furnished and all of your bills (electric, water, cable, Hi-Speed Ethernet, and more) are included in the listed housing rate. Single Suite placement is guaranteed when you sign a housing agreement for a Single floorplan.

Each housing agreement specifies a floorplan, and Windsor Hall only signs as many housing agreements as there are rooms - which means you won't have to bargain on the housing lottery or wait until July to hear if you've received Fall 2013 housing. Reservation Process

Rooms are filling quickly for Summer B 2013 and Fall 2013 move-in.
Most students choose to reserve via email. This is a very easy process which can secure a room for Fall or Summer B. To reserve via email, click here and enter your information. Reservation paperwork will be emailed to you with instructions (remember: your room is not reserved until we receive the completed paperwork. Several room styles are already full, and the remaining rooms are filling quickly).
