The luxury double dorm rooms at Windsor Hall are ideal for University of Florida freshmen: they offer the true college dorm experience in a social environment where you can meet other University of Florida students. The double rooms are newer, nicer, and larger than doubles in traditional University of Florida dorms like Hume Hall, Lakeside Complex, Beaty Towers, etc. Each room at Windsor Hall has a private bathroom and kitchenette inside the dorm room, unlike traditional dorms like Jennings Hall, Reid Hall, and Graham Hall, where you share a communal bathroom with 40 people. That means you’ll get the social environment when you want it - and privacy when you need it.
Two students live in each furnished double dorm room, and all of their bills are managed for them (and included in rent). This way they can each focus on school as they transition from living at home to living independently. Plus, Windsor Hall is located closer than many traditional University of Florida dorms to your University of Florida classes, libraries, and dining halls. It’s just a 3 minute walk from Windsor to Sorority Row and the closest classrooms, which means you can roll out of bed and still get to classes and tests on time.
Windsor Hall offers the true college dorm experience - only better.
