If you have not already chosen which Dorm (Windsor Hall or Ivy House) would be the best fit, please call the Trimark Properties Off-Campus Housing Office at (352) 376-6223 to let us know that you would like to reserve a Fall 2008 dorm suite. We’ll help you choose the room style that would fit you best.

If you have already chosen which Luxury Dorm you would like to live in:
Please print the corresponding application for the dorm you would to reserve a room at:
* Ivy House Application
* Windsor Hall Application

After filling out the application linked above, you will need to fax it to 352-376-6269. After doing so, please call 352-376-6223 to confirm that we have received your faxed application. We will then send you the necessary paperwork via overnight Fed Ex. When you’ve received the paperwork, simply fill out the housing agreement (lease) and send it back to us using the enclosed, pre-stamped envelope. Within 1 week of calling us, the entire process can be completed and we can have your Fall 2008 reservation complete.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Fall 2008 Luxury Dorm Housing reservations have already begun. We recommend you fill out your Luxury Dorm Housing paperwork as early as possible for Fall 2008 move-in, while availability remains open. Several floorplans have already been fully booked for Fall 2008 move-in. Because of extremely limited Summer B 2008 availability, please call to confirm availability for Summer B floorplans before faxing in your application.
