Triple Dorm Rooms in the luxury dorms are ideal for students who want to have a roommate and a more social environment-- but want more space.  Triple rooms are significantly larger than single dorm rooms and double dorm rooms, even at the luxury dorms. The smallest size Triple rooms at The Ivy House luxury dorm are approximately 340 sq ft; the larger triples (Premier Triples) are 391-471 square feet depending on room assigned. 

At the Ivy House, each Triple room comes equipped with 3 closets, a pedestal sink, 3 bed sets, 3 desk sets, windows, mini-blinds, and a pre-installed ceiling fans. All rooms include central a/c and plush carpeting. Bathrooms are located on the hall, shared with rooms next door. Bathrooms come equipped with jetted Jacuzzi tubs, showers, and large vanities. Bathrooms are cleaned daily by a maid service. The Ivy House is female-only.

Important roommate information: remember that residents at the Ivy House luxury dorm can choose between living with a requested friend, or using an professional roommate matching system.  This is a large advantage over the traditional UF dorms (which offer random roommate assignment based on gender alone, and no personality or roommate matching questionnaire).
