	Available for Fall 2010 move-in Great location: walking distance to your UF classes (closer than many UF dorms). Social environment where you can meet other UF students (but quiet enough to study). All your bills managed for you. Very affordable. Fully furnished suites. Single and Double Suites available. Maid service in shared areas (but not within your private room).

	Guaranteed floorplan placement: If you sign up for a Single Suite with attached bath, you’re guaranteed to be placed in a Single Suite with attached bath. If you sign up for a Double with attached bath, you’re guaranteed to be placed in a Double with attached bath. Guaranteed Dorm assignment. You are guaranteed placement into Windsor Hall when you sign a housing agreement (lease). Assigned parking available, steps from your dorm room. Better roommates. In Double Suites, you can bring a friend or use free professional roommate matching. No random roommates! All buildings are fully air conditioned and very luxurious Luxury amenities unlike anything you’ve seen on campus: attached private bathrooms, sparkling pool outside your window. Windsor Hall offers both co-ed and female-only buildings. No bossy, nosy RAs (but there’s a professional management team which can get anything you need accomplished—fast!) More privacy. Bigger rooms and guaranteed placement into a Single Suites means you won’t have to hassle with roommates, unless you want one. No worrying about availability. Windsor Hall only signs housing agreements (leases) for rooms that are available, so you won’t have to wait until July to hear if you have Fall 2010 housing.

How to Reserve Fall 2008 Luxury Dorm Housing:

If you have not done so already,view detailed floorplan information, virtual tours and photo galleries of Windsor Hall.
From there, you can check the availability to see which room styles are still available for Fall 2010 move-in.
Based off availability and virtual tours, choose which of the available room styles seems like the best fit.
If you can come to Gainesville within the next week, you should schedule a tour of Windsor Hall in person. (If you cannot get to Gainesville in person within the next week, you can Reserve Fall 2010 Housing via mail.)
In order to officially reserve your Fall 2010 housing, the next step is to fill out your housing agreement (lease). 100% of student applications are approved with cosignor (parent) addendum, while Fall 2010 availability for a floorplan and dorm remains open. 	Fall 2010 Luxury Dorm Housing reservations have already begun. We recommend you fill out your Luxury Dorm Housing paperwork as early as possible for Fall 2010 move-in, while availability remains open.
