Due to the high demand for assistance in securing student housing for Summer and Fall, please schedule a tour in advance by clicking here or calling our leasing office at 352-376-6223. The Trimark Properties Off-Campus Housing Office is conveniently located across the street from UF, on the corner of 13th Street and SW 4th Ave. We’re just steps from Criser Hall. Tours are available 10am to 4pm weekdays and Saturdays (by appointment only) from 10am until 3:30pm.
